Since Canada and Australia also have English channels, let’s add them as well. When it comes to the subscriber count, this is where it’s going to get important because we’re looking for big channels – channels that have millions of subscribers or hundreds and thousands of subscribers. So, I’m going to start with 200,000 subscribers on minimum. Then, at the very bottom, just click on “Search.” Check it out, guys – over 9,000 channels were found. So, this software is doing all the research for you, showing you what channels are big, what channels already have thousands of subscribers that you can start using to make money

Selecting Engaging YouTube Channels for Collaboration
Next, you’re going to go through the channels you find inside of here and pick one that you can get started with. Now, you do want to look for one that has something interesting, whether it’s teaching somebody something or whether somebody has an interesting life so they’re always doing crazy stunts or crazy vlogs. You want to make sure the channel is actually interesting and not just somebody posting video games or videos of them eating. So, you do want to check out the channels and find something that already has something catchy to it.
Identifying Active and Engaging YouTube Channels
So, let’s look through a few channels… And alright, guys, check it out. You will have more pages to look through, so make sure you check out all the channels. And I ended up finding two good channels for this example – this one right here that’s basically showing people dentistry, different things about their teeth, their mouth health, right? So, this would be a good channel right here because it’s actually teaching somebody something. Or this channel right here that’s basically helping people with different remedies, different ways to attract better things in life. So, it’s just basically helping people out, but you can see these videos are just being posted and they’re all getting thousands of views. Just like this one right here – these videos were just posted weeks ago and people are actually viewing them. You want to look for a channel that’s active right now.
Empowering YouTube Channels Through Global Growth Strategy
So, what we’re going to do with this channel is help it start growing online by translating their videos and helping them grow globally. Obviously, YouTube is big in the US, but there are so many other countries around the world, including one that you’re probably watching from right now, that are also using YouTube and that people can be making money from. Whenever somebody goes to YouTube and searches, at the very top, only about 40% of the time it’s going to be in English. The rest of the time, it’s somebody in a different country, in a different language, searching for a video they want to watch. So, if these creators start making videos in different languages, it’s going to help them get discovered by different countries and different communities, helping them grow online and start making more money from their videos. And they don’t have to do any extra work or learn a different language – we’re going to do the work for them using a brand new AI software. So, either this channel would be a good example, or this channel right here. Obviously, if it’s getting views, there’s something to it and something that people are looking for. So, you want to find channels that are actually trying to grow so you can help them grow their audience and start making more money online.

Well, if you go through his channels, not only does he have an English one, he has a Spanish one, he has a Russian one where he was posting all his videos in Russian, a completely different language, again, just to start growing online. But most YouTubers, even some of the big ones, don’t have access to these features yet. So, we’re going to start helping them out by helping them grow their audience globally and start making more money.

And not only Mr. Beast – I’m sure you guys have seen this with other channels as well. A big channel that I follow, the UFC or sports company, but they also have UFC Brazil, UFC Spanish, UFC Quebec, and so many other channels that they’re making money from. And for the next step, all you’re going to do next is whatever channel you decided to work with, you’re going to copy their YouTube name, paste it at the very top, then after that, you want to filter out by channels. This is going to show you if they already have a channel in a different language or not, so you don’t end up wasting your time. And check it out – they actually do have another channel, which looks like it’s something completely different. So, it looks like for now, they only have this one single channel. So, we can start reaching out, start helping them out by growing a channel in a completely different language. Now, again, we’re still going to be using their same videos, using the content that they already created, so they’re not really doing any extra work.
Obtaining Contact Information from YouTube Channels
So, once you find a channel you want to work with and you confirm that it’s in one single language, all you have to do next is click on their “About” section, scroll down, and check it out – you’re going to see their email pop up. So, if I click on this, and you might have to complete a captcha real quick, but once you see the email pop up, just copy it and go to step number three.

Alright, guys, for this step, is where you’re actually going to sign up for this brand new AI software that’s going to help you make money from these channels. So, check it out – here’s a video I just posted on my TikTok, a beginner’s hustle to make money selling simple books online. So, basically around selling books. Right, let’s go ahead and upload this file. And at the bottom, you’re going to select what language you want it to translate to. So, I’m going to go with Spanish. Let’s just keep it simple for now, especially since I speak Spanish myself and I know if it’s doing a good job or not. So, just click on “Translate” once you’re done. And check it out, guys, there it is – you’re going to see the translated text on the right-hand side, your original text on the left-hand side. And if you click on “Play,” let’s see if it actually worked. You can start using these tools in so many different ways to help people grow on YouTube, help these channels start growing and making more money. And so many of these channels would actually want to do this, but they don’t actually know what to do or how to start doing it. Alright, guys, for this last step, we’re going to use the power of ChatGPT to help us write a promotional email that we can start sending to our clients. So, go over to ChatGPT and inside of the chat box, you’re going to type in something like this: “Create a sales email for YouTubers where I’m going to go over how I can help them grow their channel by translating videos. Mention other big channels like Mr. Beast that have used these exact same strategies, and mention all the benefits of this software.” But obviously, don’t mention the software itself because we’re going to provide this as a service. So, all you guys are doing for this is asking it to write a promotional email for you. And you guys can do this in several different ways. You don’t have to copy my exact example

So, once you’re done, just click on “Go,” and check it out, guys – it’s going to get to work and go over all the benefits translating videos is going to help them do: get global reach, increase engagement, SEO boost – all of these things that can help people grow on YouTube. Now, you do want to go through the email – some of this text might not really work. “I hope this email finds you well” – nobody ever starts like that, right? So, you can ask it to create another intro or create a different type of email like this. Check it out, guys: “Are you looking to take your YouTube channel to the next level? We understand the challenges creators may have.” So, it’s basically going over the benefits that this software is going to provide. So, you can ask ChatGPT to write several different emails that you can start mixing and start sending to your brand new client. So, go ahead and copy their email, then go to your Gmail account, and all you guys have to do is compose the email by copying the paragraph and the headline to reach out to brand new clients. Now, once you actually start getting a response and start working with clients, you can use your PayPal to start getting paid. Just create a PayPal account and send them your email. And depending on how much work you’re doing for them, whether you’re just translating the videos or whether you’re actually uploading them to another channel in a different language, you can start charging different prices.
